DENT'S TERMS & CONDITIONS

Thanks for using Dent! The Services are provided by Use Dent, LLC ("Dent"). Using our Services, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy. Please read them carefully

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the Services provided by Dent. Dent ("we," "us," or "our"). Dent’s goal is to make it easier for you to have your vehicle repaired & maintained and we refer customers with car damage to local body shops ("Service").

1. Service Description

1.1. We provide an online platform (“Service”) that connects individuals seeking repair services for car damage ("Customers") with local body shops ("Participating Shops") in their area. We act as an intermediary, providing marketing and referral services to help Customers find suitable repair shops.

1.2. The Service may include features such as an online directory of Participating Shops, customer reviews and ratings, and contact information for Customers and Participating Shops.

1.3. We do not provide repair services ourselves. Any agreements or transactions between Customers and Participating Shops are solely between the parties involved. We do not endorse, guarantee, or warrant the quality or suitability of the services provided by Participating Shops.

2. Eligibility

2.1. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity to this Agreement.

3. Customer Responsibilities

3.1. Customers seeking repair services through the Service must provide accurate and complete information about the car damage and their contact details. Customers are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information they provide.

3.2. Customers are responsible for evaluating and selecting Participating Shops based on their own judgment and preferences. We may provide information and ratings to assist Customers in their decision-making process, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of such information.

4. Participating Shop Responsibilities

4.1. Participating Shops are solely responsible for the services they provide to Customers. We do not assume any liability or responsibility for the actions or omissions of Participating Shops.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. All content and materials provided through the Service, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, images, videos, and software, are the property of Dent and or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any of the content or materials without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim any and all liability for any damages or losses arising out of or related to your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

6.2. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the Service or the performance or conduct of Participating Shops. We do not endorse or guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the services provided by Participating Shops.

7. Modification and Termination

7.1. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Service, or any part thereof, at any time without notice.
